These terms describe the practical boundaries of the MoleculeCheck service. They do not replace rights that cannot legally be excluded.
What the service is
MoleculeCheck is research and data-quality software for molecular datasets. It performs automated structural and dataset-quality checks and, where requested and appropriate, can include a baseline model assessment.
What the service is not
Outputs are not clinical, regulatory, drug-safety, efficacy or external-generalization validation. Results depend on the submitted data, selected columns and current software implementation. A successful audit is not a certification of a dataset or model.
Your data & permissions
You are responsible for having the right to upload and process the submitted data. Do not upload personal or clinical data. Job files are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours, so download paid artifacts before the job expires.
Payment & digital delivery
The free preview is provided before checkout. A €29 one-time payment unlocks the full digital audit for that specific job. Payment is processed by Stripe and the audit becomes available for download after payment verification.
Problems & refunds
If payment succeeds but the service fails to generate or deliver the purchased audit, the issue should be reviewed and, where appropriate, remedied or refunded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
